Sacral Chakra · Svadhisthana
I am creative. I am flowing. I am alive with feeling.

The Sacral Chakra, also called Svadhisthana, relates to your emotions, creativity, and your ability to experience pleasure in healthy ways. It is connected to how you feel, how you express yourself, and how comfortable you are in your body.
When this center is balanced, you may feel emotionally open, inspired, and able to enjoy life’s simple pleasures. When it feels out of balance, you might notice emotional ups and downs, guilt, creative blocks, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
This week is an invitation to gently reconnect with your emotions, your creativity, and your senses. We will focus on allowing life to move naturally rather than forcing or suppressing what we feel.

Integration Practice: Gentle Movement and Feeling
This center is connected to emotion, creativity, and your relationship with pleasure. One of the simplest ways to reconnect with it is through gentle movement and awareness of your body.
Find a quiet space where you feel comfortable. Sit or stand and begin by slowly shifting your weight from side to side. You might gently sway your hips or simply rock your body in a way that feels natural.
Take a slow breath into your lower belly. Let your breath be steady and relaxed.
If it feels supportive, imagine a warm orange light in your lower abdomen. Just allow yourself to sense warmth and ease in that area.
Notice any emotions that arise. You do not need to label or analyze them. Simply acknowledge what is present.
Gently repeat to yourself:
I allow myself to feel.
I move with life.
Optional ways to deepen this practice:
Play music and move freely in whatever way feels good.
Spend time doing something creative without worrying about the outcome.
Take a warm bath or shower and focus on the sensation of water on your skin.
Let this practice be simple. It is not about performance. It is about reconnecting with your body and allowing your emotions to move naturally.

Journal Prompts
What emotions have I been holding back or avoiding?
What might happen if I allowed them to move through me freely?
Where in my life do I feel most creatively alive?
What activities, spaces, or moments spark my joy and inspiration?
How do I relate to pleasure — do I welcome it, resist it, or feel guilt around it?
What does sacred pleasure mean to me?
In what ways do I express myself emotionally, artistically, or sensually?
Are there new forms of expression I feel called to explore?
What messages have I received about emotion, creativity, or sensuality that no longer feel true?
What new truth am I ready to embody?
When was the last time I truly felt — not just thought about — my desires, needs, and longings?
What would it look like to honor them with compassion?
As you move through this week, keep this in mind:
You are allowed to feel what you feel.
Joy is not something you have to earn.
Your emotions and creative desires are part of being human.
Take a slow breath into your lower belly and let it relax.
You do not have to force anything. You are learning how to listen, gently and without judgment.
A space for integration awaits at the end of your journey.
