Crown Chakra · Sahasrara
I am connected. I am infinite. I am one with all that is.

The Crown Chakra, also called Sahasrara, relates to perspective, meaning, and a sense of connection to something larger than yourself. In many spiritual traditions, it is considered the center of connection to what some call God, Source, the Universe, or “All That Is.”
It influences how you understand your place in the world and how open you feel to reflection, trust, and deeper awareness.
When this center is balanced, you may experience calm, openness, and a quiet sense of belonging within the greater whole. When it feels out of balance, you might notice confusion, spiritual detachment, or using spiritual ideas to avoid real-life challenges.
This week is an invitation to explore connection without losing grounding. We will focus on reflection, humility, and learning to hold uncertainty with steadiness.

Integration Practice: Opening to Divine Light
This center is connected to reflection, openness, and a sense of connection to something larger than yourself. One simple way to support it is by creating quiet space to rest your mind.
Sit somewhere you feel comfortable and supported. Gently close your eyes.
You may place your hands in your lap or lightly on the top of your head if that feels natural.
Take slow, steady breaths. With each inhale, allow a little more space in your thinking. With each exhale, soften any mental tension.
If it feels helpful, imagine a soft violet or white light above your head. There is no need to see anything clearly. Simply allow yourself to sense openness and calm.
Repeat quietly to yourself:
I can rest in stillness.
I can stay open to learning.
I am part of something larger than just my thoughts.
Optional ways to deepen this practice:
- Spend a few minutes outside under the sky.
- Sit near a window and observe the light shifting.
- Hold a simple stone or crystal as a reminder of steadiness.
- Enjoy a calming herbal tea and use the time to reflect quietly.

Let this practice remind you that connection does not require effort. Sometimes it begins with simply being still.
Journal Prompts
Where in my life do I feel most connected to something greater than myself?
What does that connection feel like in my body and spirit?
When do I feel most at peace, spacious, or aligned with the present moment?
What helps me return to that state?
What does “divine guidance” mean to me — and how do I recognize it when it comes?
Where am I being invited to trust more deeply?
Are there areas of my life where I’m still trying to control, grasp, or overthink?
What might happen if I surrendered those with love?
What limiting beliefs or spiritual doubts am I ready to release?
What truth has always been quietly waiting beneath them?
What does it mean to remember who I am beyond identity and form?
How can I honor my connection to source in everyday life?
As you move through this week, keep this in mind:
You are capable of reflection and growth.
You are part of something larger than yourself.
Connection is not something you have to force — it can unfold gently over time.
Take a slow breath and allow your body to relax. Notice the quiet space above and around you.
You do not need to understand everything to feel supported. Staying open, curious, and steady is enough.
